No, Dekh does not provide an account manger for tracking your sales and bounce backs. The normal membership of $99 a month gives the dashboard, reporting, figures and all the features. We provide extensive support round the clock to answer any of your queries. But, you would not be assigned a dedicated account manager for your account.
However, this facility can be provided for accounts with special pricing and special needs. A huge company processing tens or hundreds of thousands in sales numbers might be provided an account manger on special request. This would not be made available for regular members though.
